If you have problems getting any item added to your shopping cart, please check your COOKIES options. If you have high security, you will not be able to order until you do the following (This will also help when ordering from many sites on the net):

IBM users: Under 'Tools' click on Internet Options, click on Privacy, then lower your settings or click on 'Edit' on the Web Site at the bottom and add this site by typing in: http://www.emeraldestates.org Click Allow then OK.

Mac users: Under 'Edit' click on Preferences, scroll down and choose Advanced. Click on Accept All Cookies for low security or click on Accept Only Cookies That Get Sent Back To The Originating Server for medium security. Click OK

Click on the 'Product Catalog' link provided in the left hand column and you will be taken to a page that lists all the categories available. Here you can select the specific category you are interested in. When you click on the link for that category you will be taken to a page that lists all the products in that specific category. Or you can simply click one of the tabs above and go directly to that specific itemized category.

Here, you will see an itemized listing of all products available in this category. There will be a small picture of the product followed by a brief description. Click on the image of interest and you will be taken to a detailed descriptive page for that product. Here you can learn more about this product and simply click the 'Click to Order' link to start your ordering process.

You may then choose to continue shopping by clicking the 'Back' button in the upper left corner of your browser icons to learn about or order more items from the same category. If you are interested in a different category, click the category name in the links above or the 'Product Catalog' link to your left.

When you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, click the 'Check Out' link posted at the bottom right hand corner on the page of your last selection and follow the instructions. When you have completed your order, an automated message acknowledging receipt of your order will be sent to your email address.

Shipping/Handling cost is not stated on the order form as we pride ourselves in keeping this cost to a minimum for our customers. The cost for the first pound will be $5.25 as of May 14, 2007. If this amount were to be listed per item and you order three items, the automated shipping cost would be stated as $12.90 when, in fact, it could be as little as $5.25 depending on the weight of the items purchased. We have therefore elected to advise each customer of the shipping cost for each order prior to shipment. We hope this does not cause any problems for our customers and hope you will agree with this procedure to help keep the total cost for your order(s) to a minimum. Please note: We now offer Free Shipping for orders totaling $75.00 or more when shipping within the continental US. This offer is limited to Priority Mail. It does not include Express mailings. All items in stock will be shipped within 48 hours. Items not in stock will be shipped within 7-10 days unless you are otherwise notified. Thank you.

Follow the directions above and when you get ready to check out, select the 'Check Out' button and you will be given a page suitable for printing that you can write you credit card information on and enclose in an envelope with your check. This form of ordering takes a little longer, but your comfort is our main priority. Please include $5.255 shipping/handling for the first item and add an additional $.50 for each additional item. Kansas residents - please include 6.3% Ks Sales Tax.

Follow the directions above. When entering your billing and shipping address be as accurate as possible. When asked for your 'State', a selection must be entered. Please select any state of your choice except Kansas to avoid the inclusion of our 6.3% State Sales Tax. The rest of the actual address you enter will tell us you are outside the USA. Note: Due to political issues that we have no control over, orders from some countries will be required to pay in advance of shipment. If you are in one of these countries, you will be notified via e-mail prior to acceptance of your order. Orders from countries that the USA has embargos against will not be accepted.
